SMART Recovery Family & Friends is a secular mutual support program for family and friends of individuals with addictive behaviors. If you are struggling with addiction, this meeting is NOT for you (please look for 4-Point meetings instead).

Specific audiences: Family, friends and carers, Women only

Family and friends caring for people who struggle with addictive behaviours and/ or struggle with mental health issues.

This SMART Recovery meeting is free and open to those who identify as a woman.
