SMART Recovery’s Standard Program is the organisation’s flagship secular program serving those with an addictive behavior, including both substance and activity/process addictions. Trained volunteer facilitators lead effective mutual support group discussions on these topics:
- Building and maintaining motivation
- Coping with urges and cravings
- Managing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors
- Living a balanced life
Anyone is welcome to this meeting.

The meeting is confirmed via email when 5+ registrations are received in advance, and we cap registrations at 15 people. If there are cancellations (there often are!), people on the waitlist are admitted on a first come first served basis strictly up to 7:30pm only. We recommend joining the meeting at least 5 mins before start time, entry is not guaranteed after 7:30pm. Thanks!
